After payment is confirmed, it will be shipped as soon as it is ready.
We will ship it in a tightly packed package with cushioning material so that it will not be damaged.

Contractor: Yamato Transport Courier or Nekoposu will deliver the item.
Courier: 700 yen (1000 yen for Hokkaido, Okinawa and some remote islands)
Nekoposu flights: 350 yen nationwide (There are rules such as size. Please check the details below.)

Unless otherwise specified, it will be shipped in the shortest possible date and time as soon as it is ready.

[About cat POS flights (domestic)]
Nekoposu is a service provided by Yamato Transport that posts parcels to customers' luggage, newspapers, and mailboxes. It is used when shipping identification documents other than valuables that fit in the size standard of cat POS.
-Nekoposu has a standard size.
Square A4 size (31.2 cm x 22.8 cm) or less, thickness 2.5 cm, weight 1 kg or less
* If you do not enter the post, you will be taken back.
If it does not fit within the standard, we will change to normal Takkyubin.
・ There is no compensation for lost, damaged or delayed luggage in Nekoposu.
・ Cash on delivery and date and time cannot be specified.
Since Nekoposu is posted directly to Bost, you cannot pay by cash on delivery or specify the date and time. In addition, it will take longer to deliver than regular Takkyubin.
・ Please enter the delivery address correctly.
Please enter the information such as your name and address correctly. If the nameplate of the delivery address is different, or if the apartment name, room number, etc. are omitted, delivery may not be possible and the product may be returned to us again.
Please note that we will charge the shipping fee again when resending.

We will deliver by either FedEx (product) or EMS / Yamato Kokusai Takkyubin (documents only).
* Shipping fee varies depending on total weight and region. We will inform you after your order is confirmed.
